PAYMENT POLICY

Etniciti accepts all major credit and debit cards through Shopify an easy, secure method of online payment. We also accept PayPal.

Choose the payment option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and see the option to pay with a credit or debit card, or PayPal.

RETURNS POLICY

Etniciti products are small-batch handmade products, and variations in color, pattern, and size should be expected. Etniciti does not accept returns for bags because of these irregularities. However, if for some other reason you are not satisfied with your Etniciti handcrafted item you may return your (clean, unworn) item and pouch to our address within one week of receipt, with tracking code sent to us after shipment for a full refund. Prior to a return or exchange please use our email form on the contact page telling us why you aren't satisfied, and we'll provide you with the necessary return details and address. We love feedback, so please let us know if there is anything we could be doing better with our product or service.

SHIPPING

• We offer Free Shipping in the continental USA when you spend over $100. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.

• Estimated shipping time is 3 -7days depending on the shipping speed you chose at check out. Please allow 48hrs for your order to be processed.

• If for some reason the we are out of a particular product that was ordered, you will be notified if it’s on back order or if it has been discontinued.

UNFORESEEN SHIPPING ISSUES 

From the time your package leaves our hands until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with the shipping company. After the package is marked as delivered by the courier, packages become the customer's responsibility. Etniciti cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery. Missing packages claims must be filed by the customer. In the rare case of missing parcels, please contact us via our contact page form.

SIGNATURE

All international packages require a signature upon delivery; a tracking number will be provided once shipment is made.
